Got another one I am a little stuck on.

As far as I can tell this is Constantine I coin, but I cant find anotehr one to reference that has the camp gate background - SO Im questioning if it is in fact Constantine I

Yes, Constantine I. The legend is CONSTANTINVS AVG

NE mint mark is probably Nicomedia? Just a guess but go look at Wildwinds for Constantine and see if you can find it.
