These are not my pics and the piece is not in my possession. It is in very poor condition with old tape holding it together. I believe it is German occupation money or a coupon possibly Ukraine Thanks.
It is a surrender leaflet. The German in the lower left corner reads something like: The bearer has come voluntarily, you are to treat accordingly and lead them to the nearest German officer.
