Help ID German occupation paper money or coupon

    These are not my pics and the piece is not in my possession.
    It is in very poor condition with old tape holding it together.

    I believe it is German occupation money or a coupon possibly Ukraine

    It is piece of propaganda from Serbia(former Jugoslavia)

    Yeap, Serbian "100 people" promotional banknote used at political events in 1943.

    It is a surrender leaflet. The German in the lower left corner reads something like:

    The bearer has come voluntarily, you are to treat accordingly and lead them to the nearest German officer.
