Help I.D. this coin please

    I have typed so many different things into the google search bar trying to find a coin that maybe resembles this one and cant find anything besides i am pretty sure it is a Louis XVI coin.... Any help would be appreciated... 100_1499.JPG 100_1500.JPG

    It appears to be a Louis XVI jeton. The obverse legend is the same as would appear on coins during his reign, translated as "Louis XVI by the grace of God King of France and Navarre". Navarre was a small kingdom between France and Spain, which was partially absorbed into each of its neighbors. It was still a separate state when Louis XVI was its King at the same time he ruled France.

    In this German language Swiss EBay listing a similar item is described as a "counting penny".
