I'm looking for suggestions about how to proceed.

I have a 1964-D Roosevelt dime in a PCGS slab which I'm trying to get entered into a NGC Registry Set.
I've tried 3 times and NGC always comes back saying it's not in the PCGS database.
So I went to the PCGS site and checked there. Nope, it doesn't show.
Considering it's only a 1964-D Roosevelt dime (MS66) I don't believe it's a fake slab. The coin isn't valuable enough to merit that.

    Suggestions?

In case someone here can do some deeper checking here's the label info:

    1964-D / 10C
    PCGS MS66
    Series: 32 / Coin: 48

    Perhaps they can't be bothered?

Or it is a sample slab.

    Problem being solved.
No need to respond unless you wish to know the process.

That's what I did via phone.
    Very accommodating.
Pleasant person on the other end.
I had to send images of both sides of the slab.
I got a return message basically saying "Done."
Apparently it will take about 24 hours to see the update.

Now that you are this far I think it is important to let others know the process instead of leaving things hanging.

As I understand it (correct me if I'm wrong)

1.) photograph or scan both sides of the slab
2.) contact customer service and tell them the issue
3.) e-mail the photos ot the customer service rep you are talking to
4.) wait a few days for the number to be entered into the system
    5.) Voilà

    You got it.
The Customer Service Rep will give you the e-mail addy for the images.

I find it interesting that there are certified coins that the average PCGS customer can't query but are in some other(?) database or location.
Could be as simple as an entry error.
