Help - can anyone identify this coin

    Hi

    I found this coin a while ago in a box of bits and pieces but I have no idea what it is. It has been suggested that it may be Spanish but no one I have spoken to is sure. I wonder if anyone here can help.

    Looks like Phillip III of Spain, but this may be a jeton rather than a coin. The reverse design with the crowns looks really odd.
