That messed up mintmark is something seen on several modern fakes. It has a crude "o" above what looks like a mixup between an M and the "LIMAE" monogram.
The "swastika" as it is know today was used way before the Nazis took it over. Has happened with many other things. A rainbow used to mean something very different than it does now.
