help about yoguslavian specimen banknotes

can anyone tell me if ther are yoguslavian specimen issued by bank for collecters

Im not really sure. I checked my Standard Catelog Of World paper Money - they do have some 'specemin' notes listed, so those might have been released to collectors. Its not the best indicator, but the best i can offer. Hope it helps!
