I've have searched and researched on this error, I found next to nothing and I could use any information on A 2009 P Zachary Taylor Presidential $1 that has an extra star and 9 on the edge. Thank You.
Well most of the lettering is strong but a few of the stars are weak, but there is an extra star that is raised, not incused like the rest plus there is a faint raised 9, leading me to believe that it some how got hit with the edge of another incuse design edge causing the extra raised images
