Welcome to the forum! I'm sorry but I don't understand your first post---are you saying that you are signing up for a whole coin club that you are a member of? Speedy
Welcome to the forum. Boy-(2) 09-S VDB's in the same forum, this is going to get confusing. Best advice is to change your name-while you still can.
Thanks First of all, I want to say thank you to all of the members who welcomed us. Second of all, I want to clarify my previous message. i am a member of a coin club with only 3 members (or at least for now!) Third of all, I'll talk to the other members and see what they think about changing the name. Lastly, I want to ask some opinions. Should I put my very large Lincoln cent collection in 2x2s (4 cents each) or keep them in the folder? Gotta go, Bye
Some coin clubs of 3 turn out to be hundreds sometimes. As to the name change, yes. To comfusing to have 2 with the same name. You could be blamed for something someone else does or says. As to putting your coins in 2x2's. So much depends on how you want to have your collection stored. Some put them in 2x2's and then each one in a sleeve in a plastic sheet made to hold many of them and then that sheet goes into a 3 ringed binder. Not what I think is impressive. Or put the 2x2's in a cardboard box made for them. Then forget basically what is in there. Then you have to write on the 2x2 what it is or you will spend a lot of time with a magnifyer. The end cost of all the 2x2's will be about the same as one album with additional pages to make it complete from 09 to present. Myself, I have all collections in Whitman Classic Albums. I prefer that because I can tell at a glance what I have, want or need. On a bookshelf those blue albums have a impressive appeal for me.
