Here is what it's supposed to look like:

Could be a die scratch, or even a die chip. Hard to say.

 

So, no one has seen this before. What now? I guess it goes in a 2x2 and back with the other unknowns.

Minor die scratch. That causes a minor raised line on the coin since the scratch is recessed into the die.

It is interesting but doesn't add to the value of the coin.
