Hello question about laminate peel

    Hello I have a question I have this 1939 mercury dime on the edge the laminate is peeled off I'm not to familiar with silver .so I have no idea if it's peel or damage the photo is not great but hope it helps. If it's peel does it add value. Would it be common or rare thanks for the help..
