Hellenistic bronze ID

    AE 19 mm, 3.05 g

    This is what I think I could decipher, but I am not sure at all... :
    Obv.: head of veiled and turreted Tyche to right (?)
    Rev.: [...]ΕΩΝ / ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕΩΣ / [...] (??) , unclear type (unclear... for me ! it's probably obvious for some others!)
