Helena? AE4

Had this for a while, but not certain if it's Helena. What do you guys think?

Could be - hard to tell. Looks like SECVRITAS REIPVBLICE, which is one of her three reverse types.

 

Theodora is also a possibility. PIETAS ROMANA. Most Theodoras are AE4s.

 

Helena carries no children. Fausta carries two. Theodora has one on the viewers' right and looks that direction. I'll go Theodora.

 

that one looks like a good candidate for a little cleaning if you roll that way randyg. :yes:

I don't clean coins..... I mean I can't

oooops...well,your coin looks jut fine the way it is.

 

Actually the first coin came in an uncleaned lot. I just didn't want mess it up much so I cleaned it just enough to almost get and ID.

 

Theodora's a lucky find in an uncleaned lot. She's pretty scarce.
