    it looks like somethign was done to it.... cleaning or something. I dont see many notes - even heavily circulated notes, where the ink has been washed away to bare paper. Check the engraving very carefully with a powerfull loupe - make sure the lines are not 'dotted' and are very clean continuous lines....
