Were the banknotes printed for North Africa and Hawaii all issued from the Chicago branch or were there others?
The North Africa notes are silver certificates so there is no "branch" for them. The Hawaii $1.00 are silver certificates also. The larger denominations for Hawaii notes are on San Francisco, not Chicago.
