Have you seen something like this???

Picked up a box of pennies today and this is one of the coins that stood out right away, havent got to my inspecting phase of my sorting yet. Other then a little wear on this 70 year old penny, there isnt any damage to speak of.

What puzzles me is this almost collapsed area around the year. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Looks like a lamination error. Much more common on nickels, but fairly common all around.
