Have you seen before

Found 6 of these coins, weird thing is that some came from a box of halves my brother got in tenn and the rest found in a box of halves from cincinnati, all are dipped or plated have the dates 1960 1980 punched on eitheir side of bust

not a clue. Maybe some organized group doing them. Are all the dates the same? Mine is a 1974 and has 1880 and 1980 stamped n gold plated.
