So my newest coin adventure is doing a registry type set. With that said I have always admired the great coin pics that show just the coins and nice edited picture, they have a definate professional look to them. I am also someone where coins are a hobby so to invest photography wise as though I'm in business for it is unreasonable. I finally have some pictures that I feel accomplish what I was setting out to do after seeing all the amazing photos posted here. I'd love for ya'll to head on over to my registry and let me know what you think. http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/MemberImageGallery.aspx?m=40648&s=108698&Page=1 Thanks.
It's a way to track, rank, view, and just kind of organize a collection. Both NGC and PCGS the coin grading companies have them. If you click the like you should get an idea of what I mean.
Nice start, some real nice pieces there. As for what Registry sets really are, they are "published" certified coins/sets. Sort of a public bragging grounds for coin nuts
