It is Nero (54-68) AD billion tetradrachm dated year 12 (65/6 AD) Egypt Alexandria can`t write the letters because i don`t have greek keyboard Rev -AYTO-KPA draped bust of Alexandria right wearing elephant skin headdress LIB before. 11.4g 23mm. I believe it was a lyre.... there is a very beautiful coin depicting this. Too expensive for me - but a few on here own one. Here is one for sale on MA-Shops now... I like the description..
Clavdivs I think you my well be correct looked up byzantine lyra and that could be the only instrument for the time. Regarding the above coin I think that's super really like it no price given but like you it will be above my pocket money Edit just seen the price afraid to print anything further
