Recently purchased two ANACS grade Prf68 clad Ikes on Ebay. Received the coins in a plastic bag from the post office admitting they damagd the package and contents. The padded envelope was slit from one end to the other and the plastic capsules were cracked in several places. They took the time at the post office to hand cancel the stamp then placed it in a routing machine, duh. I am taking it all to the PO this morning, however that is another story.

Be tough. From what I've heard, getting money from the PO is like squeezing blood from a turnip.

from my own experience the Post Office is dependable.I've made claims on insured items and gotten paid without a problem.Make sure you copy the sales with your total cost listed so you can prove it to them. Then it's just a matter of awaiting the insurance check, about 2 month's for mine to come in. ~ Jim
