Has the new $5 bill been released yet? I haven't seen any. I can't find an official release date for the note.
I am excited abotu it as well, i think it looks pretty cool. what i really want to hold in hand, is the new $100
If my memory serves me right, it has always taken many months after the release date before I get to see newly released bills. That could also just be the banks that I frequent too.
March 13. And if the past few Kodachrome designs are any indication, you'll probably be able to get your hands on one within a couple days of the release, as long as you don't mind calling around to a few banks to see who's got them.... Just waiting for one to reach you in everyday circulation could take a lot longer, of course.
