I got an email from them letting me know there will be delays in general, as they are moving premises if this helps.

I am waiting for an invoice as well and have not heard anything.

 

yes, it has been a week now, will try to reach out to them again on Monday

 

I too received an email earlier this week that they are moving their offices and that the invoicing/shipping will be delayed.

 

I just saw a couple of the NAC crew at Chicago and they just finished their move including 450 boxes of books! They have a huge library (which is fabulous to visit if you're ever in London). Anyway, at least they don't send the invoices, have you pay, and then tell you they are too busy to mail the coins.

I still haven't gotten my invoice either, fwiw.

I see, was it shipped with Fedex or regular British Mail? the reason I am asking is that cost of shipping was 15-18 pounds, and shipping with British mail - bizzare to me?

I think Naville always uses registered mail through the Royal Post.
