Just looking on mint set 1971 and then I see something looks like crack on Kennedy half dollar. I'm not sure it's post mint damage or crack, so please tell me your opinion. Thanks in advance

Well, you have it where you can see it best. Is it sunk into the coin? (scratch)
Is it raised above the adjoining surface of the coin? (die crack)

That is tricky part. If I remove coin from plastic , I will ruin mint set. But I guess there is no other way to find out

I wouldn't remove it just yet. Wait for the experts to give an opinion and advice.

Photos are for me inconclusive. Do you have a 10x loupe? That should be enough magnification for you to determine it.

Do not remove from the cello packaging! In one of the photos it looks raised. If it's raised it would be a die crack. Judging by the photos it could be the beginning of a die crack.
In another photo it looks like a it's a scratch and that would be damage. Since it's in the cello the damage would occur at the Mint.

Either way it does not add or subtract from the Mint set value.

I also have a mint set that has several scratched coins. To me they simply look like scratches but no idea how that would happen

Careless handling by the persons who package them? Or if you see the speed the coins are ejected from the coining press you wonder how they come out as good as a lot of them do.
