    Possibly VF, but harshly cleaned.

It is a shame, a very scarce coin

    still, I'd suffer with it

also, look at the obverse, at the BE, check for damage, could be repaired

Hi welcome what a great coin I would say your coin is about a fine 12, an AU would be worth about $165,000 this is from the Redbook and photograde! Hope this helps!

Very nice! Interesting cross coming off of the eagle's shoulder.

Is that damage from a mount on the obverse?

Can't give you an AU Grade because the coin isn't AU.
I am in The Fine to VF area also.
And could possibly be netted on the low end because of the graffiti and harsh cleaning.

Definitely not better than F-VF, and it is damaged. Looks like traces of the mount in a slab on the rims.

That is a very scarce coin....unfortunately cleaned, scratched (and possibly holed and then plugged atop the bust??).

X2 I' definitely with @Eduard on this. Even though this is a scarce coin it will not grade other than cleaned and details. Despite that I would be glad to have this in my collection.

Fine scratched and cleaned and plugged . That being said I’d love to own it. A super rarity I’ve always wanted

I agree with others. Three things minimum keeping this rare coin from getting a low end VF grade. Technically probably a F, but most rarities like this get a grade upgrade.

Very rare coin. And AU55/58 is whackadoodle. That's a VF details, holed, plugged, cleaned, scratched, bent.

... among other answers you make it become a coin to melt for 10 dollars !!! It seems to me like hunting in the egg

I did not see anyone say this is worth melt. You got comments saying how scarce it is and that people would welcome it in their collection.
