    Hello All!
This coin is 3.12grams and 16x17mm and it seems to be silver.

I am interested if it looks legit and which coin it is exactly.
    Thanks

It is a denarius of Hadrian. Its obverse probably reads IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG and its reverse features Pietas seated with the inscription PIETAS AVG.

It's from an unknown eastern mint and isn't in the old RIC or BMCRE. It's RIC II, Part 3 (second edition) Hadrian 3145.
