Was there only Wed and Thu. Didn’t buy any coins. I rarely buy at shows these days but look at auction lots and sometimes contact a dealer after a show to buy. And there were many auction lots to look at. And some dealers had paper catalogs of auction coins that had not yet gone online. I did have some coins to sell and got my asking price. Most were recent issue gold UK coins. So, price was pretty much determined by metal content, and gold is up … lucked out there. Also submitted some coins to NGC and PCGS. Saw the spectacular ultrahigh relief St Gaudins $20 and the 1804 dollar … guess I’ll put them on my want list. Show seemed to be well attended, especially Thu. There were more European dealers there than I have seen before. That was great for me because my want lists for British and French coins are longer that the US list. Met Burton Strauss and okbustchaser there and had a nice chat … great guys and glad to meet them in person. Will probably go next summer and stay longer. Cal
Was there for a few hours Wednesday. Saw the sights and rarities. Didn't get to do a whole lot of buying or selling but had a good time.
