There aren't too many for 1888 O. Check the top 50,also Hot 50, top 100, and then if you can't decide one might be and post it for us, the value is probably not worth the effort. IMO, Jim

 

From what i can tell maybe VAM 1B1? Appears to be an early die state of the scarface. I see the die crack at the dot between E and PLURIBUS and doesnt appear to extend towards the face.

I started looking for a clash at the lips, then I remembered that it was the P with those clashes.

 

Isn't that true with any VAM?
