Guess the PCGS grade assigned to these 1972s Eisenhower dollars.

    Good luck!

I guess I should have mentioned that. One MS66, one MS67, and one MS68.

I made it longer just for you!
    Oh dear, that sounds funny...
The poll I mean is longer.
    That sounded worse.
    How about 'the survey'.
    Nevermind...

pumpkinpie what is this I don*t even

MS68, MS66, MS67- the first one looks to have very nice luster and the highest grade.

    Results:

    1-MS66 2-MS68 3-MS67

Which shows either how bad my pictures are, or how hard these are to grade consistently.

    Thanks for all the replies!

I did not think there was anything wrong with your pictures. In fact I thought they were right on .

You need to use more diffused light and fix your white balance.

I do need to built a rudimentary light box.

I shoot in aperature priority, ISO 80, 'super macro' with exposure bracketing and set white balance to either 'daylight' when shooting on the kitchen counter with outside (sun) light, or 'fluorescent' in the garage. I think I'll try 'custom' the next time. We'll see what happens!

Custom is the way to go.

I think your pictures were fine. At least I got the 68 right, but mixed up the 66 and 67. Great Guess the Grade post!!

Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

They are hard to grade consistently. I would have said MS 67 for ALL of them. Goes to show ya. :)

It DOES go to show how important Original Mint Luster is with TPG's.
