Guess the holder and the grade

    Small twist on the usual: guess the grade (along with what you believe it should be) and see if you can name the grading company. Thanks for the input!

    From the perforations on the insert, I'm guessing it's a self-slabber. With that in mind, the grade on the insert is MS63; my grade is MS60.

    The opacity of the holder reminds me of Accugrade, but the green lettering makes me think of PCI. So I guess neither of those, and MS-62?

    Sorry, it's CLEARLY an NCI slab - see here: http://coinauctionshelp.com/NCI.html.
    Time wise, they were around in the 86-87-88 timeframe and offered both photocerts and slabs and the combo.

    Great job!

    NCI it is, and I believe this one is accurately graded. In hand it looks better than the up-close photos and there is some subtle golden toning around the rim. the only unfortunate part is that the photo certificate is missing from this one.
