MS65, but lowered if taken to a TPG because of the toning (looks unattractive)

I can go 65 and maybe even 66. You need to set your white balance.

MS64, real question is should i send it to NGC for regrading or to NCS to get cleaned and then to NGC?

Just send back to Ngc toned coins in MS-64+ have a extra value compared to Blast white coins
    NCS would hurt the value!

It's a nice coin just the way it is. No need to send it anywhere.
I would have guessed it to be a 65.

thanks for everyones input. I was thinking it looks more like a 65 to, i think i might take the suggestion of resubmitting for toning and 64+.

    Thanks

Unless there's something I'm missing -- that cheek is way too clean for a 64. I think it will go at least 65 upon submission.

Ill keep ya posted when i get the results ill probably send it out later this week. I thought it was a 65 thats why i made the thread to get more experienced eyes judging it.
