    It is a proof per the post. Looks like it to me. I will go with PR-66 - hard to tell with the colors of the photos.

    Your picture sows little or no luster. PF63 or it may go up with the luster.

    We all look at each other and nod as if to agree that no one should speek of these guesses......

    I'd say you have a very nice coin in a very ugly holder, Savy! It's hard to grade accurately based on photos and especially when it comes to potential problems. I believe they would have listed "cleaned" on the holder had that been the case, so something else was done to this coin. Putty? Whizzing to make more of a cameo appearance? I don't know.
