Your pics are just enugh out of focus it is hard to tell for sure. That is a descent strike for a 23-S. I would guess 45, but it may well be 40 were I to see it in hand.

My grade for the coin: VF-35, shot at a XF. This is a tough coin, lol, as it's almost there. Thanks for the replies guys! It's a nice strike for a 1923-S, so it's a keeper for sure IMO. Phoenix
