Not your typical cent for sure. Also not sure why the TPGs put a numerical grade on such a coin. But it is interesting!
Putting myself in the TPG's shoes (won't wear them long, they kill my feet and make me nauseous to boot), I could see MS64.
With errors like this ANACS seems to always go 60, 63, or 65. Ill go 65 rd. Here's mine they gave MS60RD. No joke
