Howdy there Lehigh, I went with 63.....beautiful luster, looks well struck. Couple of scratches through bottom portion of liberty but that could be on the holder.

Question - are the arced scratches on the obv on the coin or the holder ?

Assuming the scratches are on the holder , 65. Clean and nice, besides, you only buy nice coins.

EDIT: How do you save Heritage pics? I cannot seem to do it

Not sure what ya mean Jack - I right click and then click on the Save Picture As.

Regarding those scratches though, sure look like they are on the coin. The one goes all the way across the coin - and that has me confused. For if they are on the coin I can;t figure why NGC slabbed it

Ignoring the scratches though, I;d say the coin would grade 64, too many marks to go any higher IMO. Plenty in front of the face and on the neck.

I assume you are talking about "pan and zoom". Turn them off and you can save the big pic.

Assuming its not a VAM 2 BB and there only scratches on the holder I'll through in with A.J. and say MS65 :stooge: edit :those lines look like a die crack/brake

They are die breaks not scratches.
