These are graded from only the struck portion, as I'm told.

Thus, I'd grade yours 64 or 65 RD.

It's obviously struck off center, but I'm not entirely sure what percentage (or if they list that on the label). It looks to be between 40-50% off center.

 

Yeah, that looks every bit MS to me, too. It's scarred-up, but it's technical attributes are very sharp. This is an outstanding example of an, as you say, "off-center" strike. Very nice, um, half-coin.

 

I'll go with 63. Fun coin.

A lot of the marks look like die wear or deterioration.
