You spent money getting that coin graded? Getting back to your question, it is hard to tell from a picture it that is wear in the hair, but if not maybe a MS63.
I am by no means a Kennedy half expert or a TPG(or even a FPG), but I would say that PCGS got this one wrong. I don't mean to knock your coin, I just don't see this being a 63 or better. My guess would be a 60 at best. There's a lot of chatter and that mark on his ear looks pretty nasty. Take my opinion with a grain of salt, as you know what they say about opinions.
