Picked this one up for my type set recently. The pics did not catch the luster as well as it looks in hand. the spots on the reverse are almost unnoticeable in hand. It is in an NGC holder.

This is going to be very hard without a picture! But I will guess MS 64

im gonna give it an XF40-AU50, its got a few marks, but the LIBERTY is legible, the chin area is dimpled a little, and very little wear on the head area. For the Reverse, luster is very good, the pillars are seen along 4 maybe 5 sets of stairs.

Now that I see the picture, I will say it is MS65. Doesn't appear to be FS. Not a clear enough image to be sure. It's also hard to tell if it has nice luster. It almost looked over-dipped. Decent strike though, with a nice die crack through the head.

With those photos, it is still hard. I won't even venture a guess.

    MS-65

I really don't like those marks, though. Without them I might even say MS-66

i thought that in order for a coin to be MS-60 and above, it can't have any marks?

It can't have any wear due to circulation. Marks on a MS coin would be one of the determining factors when applying a grade between 60 and 70. Strike and luster are also factors that go into grading a MS coin.
