    MS-68 Very nice coin.
Now if it had a RPM like this, it would be even nicer.

Couple of really light hits that would keep it out of 67 imo. Strong ms66 though! Nice Buff!

You know, I'm not sure it DOESN'T have that RPM or one similar to it. In fact the RPM #4 is VERY close.

A few marks on reverse -- I would say 66 with shot at 67.

I say 67, They did a fine job minting them that year, and it seems a lot of people saved them also and kept them nice.

    MS63/65? That is vague grade.
I was thinking MS66, I don't know about resending that though, they are common in MS66/67 though, I don't know if it is worth a resubmission. You spend $30-$40 to get it graded and if it comes back 66 it isn't worth that much more than what you paid to get it graded, and is still a fairly common coin.

"vague grade"? That is how they used to grade. The obverse is 63 and the reverse is 65. I am pretty sure that is the one where they also spell out the specifics (luster, surface, eye appeal, and strike) for each side.
