    The spots on the bust and area are the only thing I can see to keep this from a 64 (65?). The coin is nearly mark free and well struck. With a bit more luster (or luck?), it might go for a 64, but PCGS says it is only a 63.

    Unreal...that coin is almost hit-free. Eye appeal grade and not a true grade IMO.
