I went 64 seems pretty banged up to me - whats with the vertical scratch at his ear, I seem to see that a lot on the MSSRD 50's

Nice luster though!

 

Solid reverse and the obverse is not too bad. Without the spots, a 67 would not surprise me. With them, 66 is right.

 

Yea, 66 is more reasonable.
