Blazer, I want to go with 67 and I do think it is...but I'm going conservative this round.

I marked 67 as there was no 66+ noted.
66+is what I would graded it!
    :)Nice one rLm!

Hate to say this, but if it was NGC I think I would have went 67.

Don't hate to say it, say it because it's true. NGC is definitely more lenient (and unpredictable) from 66-68 than PCGS. Over the many years of this contest I know I've missed more NGC grades than PCGS.

I started to guess this one a 67. Great looking coin.

Now this coin has luster to spare. The strike may not be perfect, but it is close. Just a couple small nicks that I don't think are that significant. I could not argue much if they had given this a 67, but I think I would have gone 66+. Somehow PCGS only managed a 66 and I am pretty sure this was graded when the + was available.

BadThad moved up a spot but that was the only change this round.

I wanted to go 67 on this one , but with such a big jump in price from 66 to 67 especially a PCGS 67 , I figured they'd be very conservative on it .

Based on your pics - I'm in the 67 camp, that luster is crazy. It is a slightly weak strike so I see why they held it back.
