    Lots of little face scratches really bring this coin down ! i think pcgs gave it a ms63

    64+ or 65 . Wonder how much they take off for that planchet lamination ?

    The whole of the obverse looks mushy to me. No more than 64.

    Very nice strike and not booming luster, but pretty good. There are a couple small nicks noticeable. The horizontal line on the obverse are die scratches and the mark coming out of the O in ONE is a die crack. All of that adds up to a 65 in my book, but then there are those spots most noticeably the ones after ONE and on the right wheat. PCGS wound up giving it a 64. Looks right to me.

    Ouch, harsh grade...it's the luster and the spots in the right obv field IMO. There's barely a nick on that coin!
