    Nice, some obvious strike weakness and one hit in front of the forehead, should keep it out of 7 land.

    This is a funky coin. That planchet noise both on the bust and O does not show in hand. I can just tell the O is a bit weak That nick in front of the forehead I finally found (using a loupe). I believe it is a dies scratch. Nice luster, descent strike, and pretty well nick free. PCGS called that a 66 and I agree.

    Too bad they didn't have better planchet quality , or mechanically polish them . It sure would have made for some beautiful coins .

    Wow...that's a die scratch? Impossible to tell from the picture....looks like a hit. If this coin was hammered just a little harder, it would be a 7.
