Almost went 67 , but I have no idea how big that hit on Lincolns forehead is . The big pics could be exaggerating it or it could be nothing , the fact is though is it's there . Still a super coin that without it I might have gone 68 .

I thought this would be a gimme! No nicks, nice luster, nice strike and no marks. What more do you need? Even 68 are allowed to have nicks noticeable to the naked eye. NGC called this a 67 and I definitely agree.

For so few participants, we sure shook everything up this week. Only MNcoinman remain in his position and jallengomez joined the top ten.

Whoa ! Marks #1 congrats buddy . 2 wrong , heck I'm dropping like a fly . Heck I couldn't judge how big that hit on Lincolns forehead was . And being in a prime focal area I thought 66+ , guess I should have figured if I thoght it was a 68 coin without it it would be a 67 . Over thinking again .

Dick can you see that hit on his forehead without a loupe ?

With a real bright light, yes. With normal light, maybe, but it definitely is not a major detraction.

Glad I didn't vote on the 29-S, I would have the old one right and one off by one again!

I'd agree more if it was 67+ or 68, that coin is amost flawless IMO.
