I'm going to say MS63 unless those marks(out from nose, across from chin) are on the slab, in which I would change to MS65 BN maybe a RB?
I think this is a real pretty coin, but.... Descent strike and luster. They are not the best, but not objectionable. There are a few smaller ticks. Sorry for the picture, but those fuzzy streaks on the reverse are actually brown in hand. Despite its problems, I would have thought that NGC would have bumped it to a 65 for the eye appeal, but they left it at a 64. People went high and low, but no one guessed 64.

Can't believe no one got this one , it's a borderline 65 in my opinion . Looks like the people who made out this week abstained .
I missed the grade, probably a good thing because this coin is a beauty and I would have gone 65. Whew, at least I'm out of the danger zone now!
missed it and off the edge too... if you call a .015 delta off the edge.. I like the details on this coin and don't see anything holding it back from 65.
