There is no evidence of wear that I can see. So it has to be MS. Not the best strike I have seen but it is really not that horrible. Beside, strike does not count until you get to 64 or higher. Pretty well mark free and it actually has fair luster. Personally, I think I would have gone with a 63, but I do not think they liked the graining and only gave it a 62.
