Great strike, real nice luster, and only a couple tiny nicks. That area above the right wheat is shine, but beside and at the bottom of the left wheat are definitely there in hand. They are quite innocuous with a loupe or in the picture, but surprisingly obvious in hand. Apparently they were there when graded because NGC only gave it a 66. They did not even give it a +, but this was probably graded before they were giving +'s. I am not sure how I would grade this one. 66 (+?) without a loupe or 67 if I used a loupe.

The Luster and strike are all there . The only thing I see on the left wheat is a little discolor . I really thought NGC would give this a 67 on strike and luster and no major hits . I really don't understand what's wrong with the left wheat except that slight discolor .

NGC missed the boat on this one. I don't see 4 pts worth of deductions!

Even though I voted 66 I think you are correct also. I actually thought about trying to get my vote changed the second time I saw this coin.
