Nice strike, pretty good luster and pretty much mark free. That sounds and looks like a 65, but there is that spot. It is not as out there in hand as it is in the picture, but it definitely is there as well as the spot below the E. I would guess it was there when it was graded also although maybe not quite so big. All-in-all, PCGS wound up at a 64 and that looks about right to me.
Looks like subdued luster and obverse, high-point darkness due to some careless handling over the years....and the reverse spot.....64RB is a fair grade IMO. Good job by PCGS.
