    dunno about this one.. gut said 63, so went 64.
    I see chatter on the face, a hit above the eye, no distinct aura of luster... a very distinct hit below N on the reverse as well as lack of pronounced strike on the left wheat lines...
    I could definitely see it in a 63 holder,, 64 maybe,, but if 65 or above, it would be one of the least pleasing 65's in this date that I have seen.

    63+2=MS65 RB

    I'm actually impressed with this coin, but it doesn't have the shine TPGs love.

    Dick, is the left wheat stalk complete or am i seeing something on the slab (looks like the left side of the stalk are starting to blend together),

    W/o knowing this answer I am thinking a 65.

    Wheat lines, you mean. Actually, no they are not all there. My best guess is that it is grease, but it could be a damaged die.

    TY, but I think 64 is the right grade. It might be a 66, but if you look closely, there are a couple whacks in the field above the date, above STATES, and on the "C in CENTS. I am guessing they are strike throughs, but they apparently still affect the grade.
