    63n1... I always seem to get into trouble with my guesses on weakly struck or spotted examples... this one has a bit of both.. oh boy.

    going with the 63. shame about those black specs on the reverse thou.

    Tough coin , obverse isn't bad , but the reverse will bring it down . leaning 64 .

    Nice strike, decent luster, and not too many nicks. Kind of a dirty red color does not help much, but I think the main killer are those spots. Without them, I think a 65 would be a fair grade, but with them, NGC and I both call this a 64.

    Its a nice coin but like you said those spots are killer.
